Real estate is a family tradition for Mitzi Koontz. Her family has owned and managed residential properties and commercial real estate for 40 years. Mitzi ventured into real estate as a property manager and investor in 2002, and has continued to buy, sell, and manage properties ever since.

After 15 years in the corporate sector specializing in technology publishing, Mitzi turned her passion for real estate as an investment vehicle into a full-time career as a Realtor with the F.C. Tucker Company. She joined Laura Turner Realty Group where her project management background provides clients with a superior level of communication, organization, and attention to detail throughout the buying or selling process. Mitzi meticulously manages the details and advises her clients so they feel secure knowing their best interests are well represented. She is committed to ensuring complete client satisfaction from start to finish of each transaction.

Mitzi and her husband, John, built their home in Fishers in 2003. They love raising their two daughters in family-friendly Hamilton County, where the girls are active in show choir and club volleyball. Mitzi also has close ties in the community volunteering at her daughters’ schools and serving on the neighborhood HOA board. The Koontz family supports causes close to their hearts, especially the Hamilton County Humane Society, Family Promise of Greater Indianapolis, and Habitat for Humanity.
